Challenges @ work

Mid month and i am feeling the heat down my back...My role just expanded/changed again. thats the 3rd change in 7 mths...well...like i said in my new year post...i guess i learn things the hard way..i need to fast track my career and build my managerial role...I HAVE TO.....fall to the ground running..even if that means burning my weekend. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!
